Jennifer teaches from over twelve years of personal meditation and yoga experience. She is certified in Hatha Yoga, literally translated from Sanskrit to Ha (sun) Tha (moon) Yoga. The aim of Hatha yoga is to re-balance and align the body, mind and spirit. Jennifer also sprinkles in many other types of yoga, such as Yin, Restorative, Anusara, and Iyengar to name a few. She continues to practice yoga and meditation daily and studies yoga and meditation at any chance. In her sessions, you can expect a participant-centred, and personally tailored sequence of Asana (poses), Pranayama (breath work) and meditation.
Jennifer will teach you how to know your body, mind and spirit with gentle and systematic guidance. You will leave feeling energized, rejuvenated and relaxed.
