Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner

Before earning his Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (TCMP) license in 2021, Neil began his professional “adult” life as a Certified Mouldmaker-Machinist, where he recognized that spending so many hours “aiding and abetting” the out of control practice of mindless production and consumption was not “sparking joy.” After a string of divinely inspired synchronistic occurrences, he transitioned towards his second career as a Nurse in 2002, where his view of the world, life, and human history were quickened.

Growing up in the industrial city of Windsor, Ontario, the lack of natural beauty combined with the inspiration of a breathtaking photo of a waterfall inspired Neil to move to Kelowna in 2005, where he continued his Nursing career that began in LongTermCare and Retirement Homes. Throughout numerous experiences working on various units of British Columbia’s medical system from Gastro, Ortho, Neuro, Rehab, ER, ICU, OR, Mental Health, in both Urban and Rural settings, he came to recognize the value of a good attitude, the power of courage, and the strength of true conscience, three qualities that need to be exercised now more than ever in this “modern age of information.”
After completion of a four year TCMP Program in Victoria, and relocating to North Vancouver, Neil looks forward to helping those who naturally recognize the value of treating small problems before they become big problems, in hopes that both quality of life and quantity of years can be enjoyed.
His treatment style typically involves Bodywork & Cupping (65%), Acupuncture (20%), and Nutrition & Herbal Therapy (15%), in relation to the circumstance, while his coaching style is founded on over twenty years of practice in martial arts, yoga, & qi-gong, with theoretical roots in Gnostic & Taoist philosophy, two expressions that encourage living in harmony with the moral & karmic laws of Nature.
